蔡应繁,男,教授,博士,博士生导师,国务院政府特殊津贴获得者,河南大学“攀登计划”第二层次特聘教授,生命科学学院/棉花生物学国家重点实验室教授(二级)。
研究工作经历:1986年和1997年分别获西南农业大学农学学士学位和作物遗传育种专业硕士学位。2003年于四川大学生命科学学院植物学专业博士研究生毕业,获理学博士学位。2005-2006于美国康乃尔大学(Cornell University)Boyce Thompson植物研究所访问科学家。
2013年8月-至今,河南大学生命科学学院、棉花生物学国家重点实验室/河南省植物逆境生物学实验室工作。1998年获国务院政府特殊津贴专家称号,省部级学术技术带头人(2008),2009、2014年被批准为重庆市和河南省二级教授。
主要研究方向:棉花生物学,包括棉花抗病分子机制、发育生物学、棉花遗传育种、组学与生物信息学。长期从事棉花分子生物学与遗传育种研究,先后主持完成国家自然科学基金项目(5项)、国家科技攻关、国家863计划子课题、农业部、四川省、重庆市重点攻关项目、河南省科技创新杰出人才项目等国家和省部级重点项目30多项,参加国家重点研发计划项目研究。主持选育出通过国家审定和省审定的棉花抗黄萎病高产优质新品种3个(川棉239,川棉243、川棉65)应用于大面积生产,转让新品种专利1项。共同主持培育出棉花抗黄萎病多菌系抗源种质川737、川2802(成果第二完成人)。获国家发明专利3项。获国家发明三等奖1项,四川省科技进步一等奖2项、三等奖1项。新增社会经济效益100亿元以上。参编著作两部,在国际著名期刊BMC Plant Biology,BMC Genomics, Agronomy for Sustainable Development,Scientific Reports, Plant Cell等一区、二区等国内外权威杂志发表论文数十篇。
近五年主要成就:主持国家自然科学基金项目2项,河南省科技创新杰出人才项目1项,农业部项目1项。发表SCI论文10篇,其中JCR二区论文3篇。
